Time spent alone is a blessing! and does not  have to be lonely.

Embrace it as a chance to connect with what’s truly essential.

Yoga, through self-introspection,  can show that this apparent emptiness is not empty at all but actually FULL to the brim !!

We learn as we go deeper into our Sadhana, that sometimes at first when we experience a deep peace & emptiness,  that it may even seem scary as it is unfamiliar to us, but soon this feeling changes from an uncomfortable unknown to a blissful expansive state of awareness,  nourishing us and thread through everything in our daily life.

The  antidote to loneliness or anxiety is to get to know  what lies beyond our  thoughts & feelings, this pure awareness that lies beyond mind brings peace and relaxation.

Once you’re in touch and have experienced  this higher awareness, it’s impossible to feel lonely,  you experience directly your connection  to everything and everyone.

Loneliness comes from feeling separate, disconnected, Yoga bring connection and a sense of security within oneself without needing anything from the outside.
